What You Need
1 cup frozen organic mixed berries
1 inch thick slice of organic watermelon
1/2 cup frozen organic spinach
1 scoop vanilla whey protein (or substitute any other protein powder)
Fresh mint leaves (optional)
What To Do
You can follow the video to see exactly how I make it. It is very simple to make. First blend the watermelon until all the chunks are blended into a liquid. Then add the frozen berries, the spinach and finally the whey protein. Blend together until smooth. Serve in a tall glass, and garnish with the mint leaves.
