10 Valentine’s Day Fitness Gifts
Here are 10 fitness gift ideas for Valentine’s Day!
I’ve really enjoyed using my Fitbit Alta. It tracks my steps, sleep, and tells the time. This newer version also tells your heart rate.
1b. Apple Watch (Alternate to the Fitbit)
Apple Watches are very neat and have some great features. You can use them to help remind you to stand up at a certain interval, track your exercise, and so much more. I have to say I have been tempted to get an Apple Watch even though I like my Fitbit.
2. GoPro Camera and Video Camera
If you’d like the latest version, check out the GoPro HERO7 Black.
My husband and I have the GoPro HERO4. It’s such a neat camera to use outdoors and for active adventures.
If you’d like a less expensive version, check out the GoPro HERO6 Black.
3.Wireless Bluetooth Headphones
My husband and I love our Apple Airpods! From working out to listening to music or an audiobook while our son is sleeping to talking hands-free on a call, airpods are small and so easy to use. Bluetooth headphones are great for listening to music or an audiobook while you’re working out or whenever you want to be hands-free and cordless.
4. STOTT PILATES Mini Stability Ball
This is great for Pilates exercises, barre exercises, and more.
5. STOTT PILATES Fitness Circle Pro
I like to use the fitness circle for Pilates mat and equipment exercises! The fitness circle pro is a great-quality fitness circle.
6. STOTT PILATES Toning Balls
Toning balls are a super way to add weight to Pilates exercises and more.
7. BOSU Ball
I love to use our BOSU ball to increase the intensity during dumbbell exercises and bodyweight exercises! A BOSU ball is excellent for challenging balance and increasing muscle engagement for everything from abdominal exercises to weighted exercises.
8. Medicine Ball
These medicine balls are great quality and they engage more muscles when holding them since they are slightly squishy. They can be used as added weight or even work well for rolling out muscles.
9. Adjustable Dumbbells
These adjustable dumbbells save space and provide a good range of weight options. We had these dumbbells when we lived in England, and they are especially great if you are low on space or want dumbbells but you don’t want to get a lot of individual dumbbells.
10. Trigger Point Foam Roller
We like using this foam roller to get deeper when foam rolling! A trigger point foam roller can get even deeper and work out your muscles more when foam rolling.

The HIIT Interval Workout Game
I love fitness games! I want to get this HIIT workout game for my husband and I to do together. When our son, Caleb, gets older it would be fun to do together as a family. You could even do easier versions of the exercises with younger kids.
