Quick Feet Exercise - Toned & Fast

We had so much fun filming this video! It’s such a fun exercise, especially if you do it with someone. Performing this exercise will strengthen and tone your legs and core whilst also increasing your speed. All of these things are great for virtually any sport. “Quick Feet” will help you run faster, change direction easier and be lighter on your feet.

 

The Challenge

This is an all-in-one exercise, building strength and power with a cardio element as well. Push yourself to achieve as high of a rank as possible.

Speedy Gonzalez – Complete the video two times

Supersonic – Complete the video three times

Lightning – Complete the video five times
