This exercise is a tough, full-body exercise. It will engage your arms, shoulders and chest to support you. Work your trunk section to maintain posture whilst your legs are pumping back and forth, providing the movement. Because you will be recruiting so many muscles, you will challenge your cardiovascular system as well. Enough talk … time to get climbing those mountains!

The Summit! – Complete the video 6 times, 360 seconds
Snowy Cave – Complete the video 4 times, 240 seconds
Halfway Hut – Complete the video 3 times, 180 seconds
Base Camp – Complete the video 2 times, 120 seconds
Challenge Complete – Complete the video once, 60 seconds
