Would like to grow an inch taller in 2 minutes? Yes? Sure you would. Inchworm exercise might just help you grow a little bit taller or at least increase your flexibility. Hamstrings and lats are 2 muscles that are prone to getting a bit tight, especially if you spend a lot of time at a desk. This exercise dynamically stretches your lats and hamstrings amongst other muscles, whilst also working your core and upper body. Also worth mentioning, it’s fun!!
