I had a wonderful experience this week! I’m excited to share it with you! Read on below to see how my week went.
Sunday, January 13th :
I woke up and finished the book I was reading by Karen Kingsbury. It’s nice to wake up and read on a Sunday. Then I did my TurboFire workout. Once Tom got home from work in the afternoon, we spent some quality time with each other!
Today I did Fire 45 Class + 10 minutes of full-body stretching on the Power Plate.
Day 50 complete. Sundays can be so relaxing!
Monday, January 14th :
It’s been chilly in the mornings and evenings lately. So, after work when I was at the store, I decided to get the ingredients to make tomato and basil soup. I made it as soon as I got home, and it was delicious. I love fresh soup, especially when it’s cold outside!
I completed Fire 55 EZ Class + 10 minutes of full-body stretching on the Power Plate.
Day 51 complete. Fresh soup in the winter is amazing!
Tuesday, January 15th :
I started the day off with an energizing workout. I did Fire 30 Class + 10 minutes of stretching on the Power Plate. I spent the rest of the day working and preparing for the upcoming competition this weekend.
Day 52 complete. Energizing workouts are the best!
Wednesday, January 16th:
I woke up at 5am and did my morning work. Today is my rest day from working out. Upon finishing work at 8:15pm and arriving home, a freshly cooked meal from Tom was waiting for me! It was lovely … organic brown rice, mixed vegetables, and tofu prepared in a delicious way!
Day 53 complete. I love coming home to a homemade meal prepared by my husband!
Thursday, January 17th:
Today was amazing! I played 18 holes of golf at The Farms Golf Club with the ladies and LPGA star Lotta Neumann!!! Each group got to play 3 holes with Lotta! It was an incredible experience. After we finished, we had lunch and a question-and-answer session. I had a lovely quinoa and vegetable salad. It was very interesting to hear about Lotta’s career and how she is now on the Legends tour. I can’t wait to start playing more golf again! Life gets so busy.
In the evening after work, I did my workout. I did 30 minutes toning and 10 minutes of full-body stretching on the Power Plate.
Day 54 complete. I played golf with LPGA star Lotta Neumann!
Friday, January 18th:
Today I started the day off with a Fire 55 EZ Class + 10 minutes of full-body stretching on the Power Plate. It feels great to get my body moving, endorphins flowing, and my workout completed early on.
Tom and I went to dinner at the Thai restaurant in UTC that we love. I enjoyed a gluten-free vegetable and tofu Pad Thai. At the moment, Thai food is some of my favorite food, which is an improvement from Italian being my favorite.
Day 55 complete. Thai food is delicious!
Saturday, January 19th:
I started the day with my workout. I did Fire 45 Class + 10 minutes of full-body stretching on the Power Plate.
A lot of today was spent working and preparing for my students’ competition tomorrow. Tom made a lovely Spaghetti Carbonara again, and I prepared the mixed vegetables.
Day 56 complete. Good luck to my students for the competition!
It’s been a great week so far, and I look forward to coaching at the competition tomorrow! It was a wonderful experience to play golf with LPGA star Lotta Neumann! I’m in good health and feeling great! I’m still tired as far as sleep is concerned, though. I feel best after 9 hours of sleep. I’m going to work on getting to sleep at more consistent times. This will be tricky as I’m a night owl. I’ll let you know how it goes!
