“Happy” Dance Fitness Video
I created this fun dance workout for you to feel great and get an awesome workout in! Create energy in your body by really going for the workout especially as you get more comfortable with the steps. Remember to smile! Smiling actually makes you feel better as well as those around you. 🙂
All throughout the workout, keep your abs tight and lengthen your body. When performing the squats, push your hips back as if you’re sitting in a chair.
Just Keep Moving
The main thing is to keep moving! You don’t have to perform each step perfectly.
The breakdown is made for you to go through as many times as you need. You may want to go through it before you do the full workout each time or just use it the first few times you do the workout.
Keep your core activated throughout the routine by lengthening your body and drawing your belly button into your spine. You shouldn’t feel the moves or routine in your lower back. If you do find you feel it in your lower back, activate your abdominals and glutes even more.
Workout Ideas
Do a warmup before this workout and a cool-down after. You may also choose to do the breakdown a couple of times as you warm up.
Here are some ideas for you to use this workout (times are approximate):
10-Minute Workout – Do the breakdown 1x and full workout 1x. This would be slightly longer when cooling down.
20 -Minute Workout – Do the breakdown 2x and full workout 2x.
40-Minute Workout – Do the breakdown 2x and full workout 2x. Repeat breakdown and full workout alternating each 2x. Follow with approximately 5-minute cool-down.
It’s all about getting a workout, having fun, and keeping moving. Get happy! 🙂

Hey
Well, Idea was good to write on this topic as it helps many out there, who are struggling.
But, I have some suggestions for you, if you don’t mind.
First, Just keep the paragraphs as short as possible and make them colorful (special lines or phrases), which makes it
easier for readers to read and second, make it load fast (in milliseconds), if possible, it will surely fetch more
visitors and moreover, it will be good user experience for all the readers.
I hope, I would not mind these suggestions.
Btw, the post is good, covered important points.
Overall, Great Work!
Regards,
Larry
