I know how fitness can get boring at times. Sometimes the last thing you feel like doing is working out. Particularly if it’s a holiday or special occasion, it’s so easy to skip your workout. I wanted to create a game that would be fun even on Christmas day, New Year’s Eve, or a birthday … something that will make getting your workout in that much easier and make you enjoy your special day even more.

How to Play the Dice Fitness Game
Use one dice until you’ve done all the exercises for numbers 1-6. Then use two dice once you’ve done the exercises for numbers 1-6. Go in a clockwise direction for who rolls the dice. Everyone does the exercise for each roll of the dice. The game finishes when all of the 12 numbers have been rolled and the exercises completed at least once.
