These workouts are fun for kids, kids at heart, and even kids and their mom, dad, grandparent, aunt or uncle!
The main thing is to keep moving even if you don’t get the steps completely correct until you’ve done the workout many times. Some of the routines have easier steps than others. The more often you do the workouts and workout breakdowns the better you will get at them!
This isn’t just a kids’ and kids at heart workout. However, it will work for most kids who are allowed to listen to the song “Shake It Off”.
