This workout for couples and friends is all about core strength. These are fun and effective exercises to challenge your core muscles.
The Core Workout
Christina and I always have so much fun making these workouts. We really hope you enjoy watching them and performing them!
The two-person glute bridge is a fun exercise. It requires core strength, communication and trust. You are pushing each other’s feet and are relying on the other person to provide a solid platform to counter you.
The two-person planks are more challenging than they look. The instability created by holding hands makes the plank harder and really challenges your shoulder-stabilizing muscles.
The “flying” balance is tough on both people. The base has to fully support the other person’s weight and deal with the instability caused by the movements. The flyer has to keep a tight body and also deal with the small movements created in the balance.
Aim to complete this workout 2 – 5 times through.
