Time to burn some calories and build some speed and power. Burpees are a full-body, power exercise that will get your heart pumping as well as strengthen your entire body. To perform them properly, you will need a strong core, powerful legs and flexible shoulders. This fast-paced exercise uses many muscles and burns a lot of calories. It’s a great addition to a workout or a workout on its own.
The Challenge
This is a tough exercise, so it deserves a tough challenge! The criteria to pass the challenge are listed below.
Gold Medal – Complete the video 6 times, 120 reps
Silver Medal – Complete the video 4 times, 80 reps
Bronze Medal – Complete the video 3 times, 60 reps
Challenge Pass – Complete the video 2 times, 40 reps

Burpees are my favourite exercise to do with my client’s. It’s great for cardio but also spikes the metablosim and burns lots of calories.
Burpees is a very effective exercise for those who want to make their cardio better. It can lose lot of extra weights as well, and it will definitely make you catch your breath in just a minute or two. And what is best about this exercise is that your entire body is moving.
