1. Foam Roller
This high density foam roller is great for regular foam rolling as well as performing Pilates and other exercises on it. It is long enough to lie down with the back of your head and spine on it.
Extra Special Foam Roller – Trigger Point Performance The Grid Revolutionary Foam Roller
This trigger point foam roller really gets in deep and releases muscle tension as well as knots. These are primarily for foam rolling versus the one above which can be used for many exercises as well.
2. Kettlebells 10lbs, 15lbs, 20lbs, and 25lbs Special Promotion
Often a range of weights are necessary for a good kettlebell workout. This set provides four different weighted kettlebells.
Vinyl Coated Kettlebell
s (Individual)
If you’d rather go for one kettlebell instead of a set, these are a great choice. The vinyl coating can make the kettlebell more comfortable to use.
This nutrition scale will weigh your food, which is great for people who love tracking things. It does so much more than weigh food, too.
4. Dumbbells
Dumbbells are a go-to and should be a staple for any home gym. These neoprene-coated dumbbells are comfortable to grip and come in fun colors.
These adjustable dumbbells are amazing and were what my husband and I used when we used to do one-on-one personal training. Each dumbbell can be adjusted from 5 – 52.5 pounds.
5. Pull Up Bar
We have two pull-up bars like this in our house. They are great for doorways. We love having them spread throughout the house to hang from as we pass underneath (for a good stretch) or of course to do pull ups from.
We also have this amazing pull-up bar. This is my favorite pull-up bar. It can be used for everything from pull ups to hanging to low rows. It’s adjustable so you can use it for exercises with the bar up high above you or bring the bar lower for exercises near the floor.
6. Yoga Mat
Yoga mats are so useful for those who work out. They can be used for yoga, Pilates, stretching, bodyweight exercises, and more. They are great for home use and on the go. This yoga mat design is so pretty, and there are many more designs to choose from if you click on the link above or photo below.
I think exercise balls are a must for every household. They can be used for many fantastic exercises and they can also be used as a chair (to challenge balance and your muscles more when sitting). We have quite a few in our house.
8. TurboFire Keep on Burnin’ Workout DVD
TurboFire is an upbeat, intense workout. My sister-in-law, Chea, and I loved to do this workout sometimes when we lived together. Now, she still does it every now and then with my 3-year-old niece.
9. Zumba Fitness Incredible Results
Zumba is a fun workout that is popular across the world and is based on primarily Latin dance.
These Zumba toning sticks can be used with your Zumba workouts or Zumba toning workouts to provide extra resistance.

I might nonchalantly forwards this list onto my partner as it’s Christmas soon! Seriously though, those adjustable dumbbells are great! One of the best pieces of equipment you can buy for getting into shape!
Haha, very sneaky Mark. Your partner might see your comment and the game is up! Seriously though, adjustable dumbbells, pull-up bar and fit ball can provide so, so many workouts. Hope Santa brings you what you want!! Thanks for stopping by.
Yoga is best way to stay fit.
Yoga’s deep breathing and meditation practices help foster an inner shift from to-do lists, kids and spouse’s needs, financial concerns and relational struggles to something a little bit bigger than the issues you face. Yoga helps relieve stress and unclutter the mind, and helps you get more focused.
