Are you looking for a flexibility workout or a recovery day workout? Do you have back tightness or want to prevent it? I created this back-tightness-releaser flexibility workout for you!

Back-Tightness-Releaser Flexibility Workout {Fitness Tutorial}

WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS WORKOUT

A Water Bottle (Preferably a glass water bottle.)

Maybe a Sports Towel

BACK-TIGHTNESS-RELEASER FLEXIBILITY WORKOUT TUTORIAL

FUN, FULL-BODY, DANCE-STYLE WARMUP

Before you do the workout, make sure to do this warmup (blog post tutorial) first.

Do this workout at least one time. You can repeat this workout however many times you want to make the workout longer. You can also do this workout and then add one or more of my other workouts if this isn’t your recovery/rest day. (If you’re doing the 30-Day Challenge: New Workout Every Day, this is your recovery day workout.)

MAKING FITNESS FUN!

Back tension is so common especially in adults. I’ve experienced back pain and tension on and off from the time I was fourteen. In my 20s I’ve experiences less back tension than I did when I was younger. This is from doing my dance workouts, Pilates and strength workouts, and flexibility workouts. It also helps that I retired from professional ice dancing.

This back-tension-releaser flexibility workout is meant to help avoid back tension and release back tension over time.
