This week I’ve done a great little video for you! Hands up who’s had a great round recently … well if you don’t count that double on the first and the lost ball on the second and the thinned tee-shot on the third? I think we have all been there … first tee nerves, swing was great once I got warmed up, couldn’t miss once I was firing on all cylinders.
OK, so I’ve put together a video with a couple of full-body mobility exercises you can do at the practice ground, changing rooms, first tee or even parking lot. Now you can loosen up your body and be prepared right from your first shot.
So next time you play golf, give yourself an extra 3 minutes and include these two exercises in your warmup to get your body fully prepped so your first swing can be as good as the rest.
