The holidays are here and with them come lots of fun, food, and often not so much exercise. We know you want to continue to have fun throughout the holidays, and we want to help you have fun and be healthy!
You Can Have Fun and Be Healthy
To help you do just that, we’ve created the 30-Day Healthy for the Holidays Challenge. You can still enjoy the things you want to and only have to add one vegetable juice and some activity in every day! You will be doing good for yourself, yet you don’t have to feel deprived.
You can participate in this challenge as seriously as you’d like! If you’d like, you can have more than one glass of juice a day and do intense workouts. The great thing is that you can join us in this challenge, still enjoy the holidays, and be doing something good for you all before the new year!!!

How Can You Take the Challenge?
1. Drink one glass of vegetable juice per day! You can drink more than one glass if you want to.
2. Do some type of activity each day! Any type of exercise works. Just make sure to do something active every day. A walk, stretching, weights, cardio … anything active works.
