I’m so excited to share with you that I have a brand new 30-Day Challenge: New Workout Every Day! Join me here at ChristinaChitwood.com with this 30-Day Challenge that will have one NEW workout every single day! Starting the challenge on the first day of a new month is often easiest for tracking, but you can start the challenge any time you’d like.
WHAT IS THE NEW WORKOUT EVERY DAY CHALLENGE?
I will publish a new blog post with a new workout video for every day of this challenge. There will be one new workout daily that you can follow along with in a short 4- or 5-minute video. There will also be a blog post with a 5-minute warmup video and a blog post with a 5-minute cool-down video to follow along with before and after your workouts each day.
You can complete your workout including warmup and cool down in as little as 14 to 15 minutes a day! If you’d like to make your workout longer, you can repeat the workout video however many times you’d like. Or combine that day’s workout with previous day’s workouts.
There will be 3 New Dance Workouts, 3 New Pilates & Strength Workouts, and 1 New Flexibility Workout each week!
WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CHALLENGE?
You won’t need any workout equipment for this challenge except a mat!
You will need:
An Internet Connection
A Device to Read the Blog Posts/Follow Along with the Workout Videos (computer/smart phone/tablet)
A Water Bottle
HOW CAN YOU TAKE PART IN THE CHALLENGE?
1. Go to ChristinaChitwood.com (The soonest place to find the latest workout and blog post!) or find link to the blog post for the appropriate day in this blog post below.
2. Read the blog post with the workout for the day.
3. Complete the warmup video.
4. Complete the workout video for the day. You can just do the workout video once or as many times as you’d like to make the workout longer. Each day will have a new workout, and that day’s workout can be combined together with the workouts from days before as another option for a longer workout.
5. Complete the cool-down video for the day.
6. (Optional) Leave a comment on the blog post for the day!
In the meantime until the day you plan to start the challenge, share this with anyone you think would be interested in doing this 30-day challenge! You can choose someone to do this challenge with you or even a group to do the challenge! You don’t have to physically do the workout together. You can just decide to be accountability partners. Everything can be done from home, and you won’t need any workout equipment except a mat!
