Any Workout is Better than No Workout
If you’re healthy, it’s better to do a 5-minute workout than no workout at all. Even the smallest amount of activity can help and adds up over time! Ideally, you will do more than 5 minutes at one time or multiple 5-minute workouts throughout the day.
It happens to everyone at times where it feels impossible to find the time or energy to do a long workout. If you find it’s one of those days, this post is here to help you! Choose one 5-minute workout and complete it. If you feel like working out longer, which often happens once you start, go for it! If not, you still got your activity in for the day!
