Multi-Planar Lunges provide the benefits traditional lunges give as well as working your muscles on various planes to increase results and reduce overuse of the one plane.
One-Day Multi-Planar Lunge Challenge
Follow along with us in the Multi-Planar Lunges – Lean, Sculpted Legs and Butt Video. You will have completed 18 lunges on each leg to complete the challenge. If you want to do a more advanced challenge, see below.
World Lunger: 5 times through the video to complete 90 lunges on each leg. Or, 10 sets of 9 lunges on each leg.
International Lunger: 3 times through the video to complete 54 lunges on each leg. Or, 6 sets of 9 lunges on each leg.
National Lunger: 2 times through the video to complete 36 lunges on each leg. Or, 4 sets of 9 lunges on each leg.
Local Lunger: 1 time through the video to complete 18 lunges on each leg. Or, 2 sets of 9 lunges on each leg.
