This workout for couples and friends is all about legs. These are simple but effective exercises to first set up your lower body to work at its best and then to challenge it.
The Leg Workout

The single leg deadlifts and lunges are great exercises to work on getting your lower body to function as it should.This is so important.
The better your form, the better and faster your results will be! Notice how your body moves before and after you perform this pair of exercises.
The piggyback squat can be tough. It’s a balancing act for the person on top and a strength challenge for the person at the bottom. Go as low as you can without your knees passing past your toes.
The back-to-back squat is a fun one to finish with. Communication is important here to stop you from falling and to stay coordinated and in time.
Aim to complete this workout 2 – 5 times through.
