I created this exercise to work your lower body and cardiovascular system in a short amount of time. Get ready for Dorothies! Dorothies are inspired by Dorothy clicking her heels in the Wizard of Oz. You may feel silly doing this exercise, but it works your body quickly. So, you can spend more time making your next healthy recipe. You could even make the Tofu Grilled Cheese Recipe.
Make sure to activate your muscles, especially your core, before jumping. Squeeze your glutes as you bend, preparing to jump, then push into the ground rolling through your feet starting at your heels. Try to keep your upper body as still as possible throughout the exercise.

You made it to the below location in the Wizard of Oz if you complete the following.
Emerald City in Land of Oz: 5 Times through the video for a total of 100 reps. Or, do 10 sets of 10 reps.
Yellow Brick Road: 3 Times through the video for a total of 60 reps. Or, do 6 sets of 10 reps.
Munchkin County: 2 Times through the video for a total of 40 reps. Or, do 4 sets of 10 reps.
Kansas: 1 Time through the video for a total of 20 reps. Or, do 2 sets of 10 reps.
