This move rocks! It does it all. You are squatting down using both legs, stabilizing the hips and core, and then pushing up with one leg. That will challenge your balance as well as ankle, knee and hip stability. At the same time, you will be strengthening your entire triple extension chain. Your triple extension muscles are your ankle extensors (calf), knee extensors (quads) and hip extensors (glutes). This move will improve your posture, your strength and your sporting performance. That is why this move rocks!
This one you can do alone or with a friend. Your challenge is to complete the video 3 times…….in 10 minutes! You will perform 6 sets of 12 reps. This one will get your legs really working and your heart and lungs pumping.
